Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Study Abroad to join our team in Aluva.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
• Understand students’ study-abroad requirements and provide basic information.
• Explain courses, destinations and admission processes.
• Follow up with students and parents through calls and messages.
• Generate counselling appointments for education consultants.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements:

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Malayalam proficiency preferred.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
• Telecalling, sales, academic counselling or study-abroad experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
