About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Telecaller. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
• Demonstrate and explain Ominiflow’s services and solutions to potential clients
• Explain our products/services clearly and answer basic customer queries
• Follow up with interested customers and leads
• Maintain basic customer information and call records
• Coordinate with the sales team
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Hindi & English
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
