Job Description: Telecaller / Fundraising Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and persuasive Telecaller / Executive Fundraiser to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the voice of our NGO, connecting with potential donors, individual supporters, and corporate partners to raise funds and create awareness for our social welfare campaigns. If you have excellent communication skills, a polite phone etiquette, and a genuine desire to drive positive social change, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential donors, existing supporters, and leads provided from the database.
• Campaign Awareness: Effectively explain the NGO’s ongoing social work, noble causes, and upcoming donation campaigns.
• Fundraising & Conversion: Build instant rapport with call recipients, answer queries, and gently convince them to make financial contributions or sign up for memberships.
• Database Management: Systematically maintain and update records of calls, donor feedback, pledge status, and follow-up schedules in an Excel sheet or CRM system.
• Donor Relations: Address donor queries with patience and high emotional intelligence, ensuring a respectful representation of the organization at all times.
• Target Achievement: Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and fund collection targets set by the organization.

Required Profile & Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Languages: High fluency in speaking English
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, telesales, customer support, or fundraising. (Prior experience with an NGO or donation collection is a huge plus).
• Core Competencies:
• Outstanding convincing capability and strong power of persuasion.
• Empathetic, polite demeanor with a clear, professional speaking voice.
• High resilience and capability to handle donor objections constructively.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of using smartphones, computers, and MS Excel for updating call logs.

Job Details & Benefits

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Work Arrangement: On-site / Work from Office.
• Job Location: Noida sector 4
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Salary Range: 15000 per month fixed + Rs. 550 attendance bonus, Attractive Performance Incentives based on collection targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
