Tele Caller Executive

Position: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads received through various sources.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
• Explain pricing, features, offers, payment options, and other relevant details.
• Convert qualified leads into appointments and sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Update customer information, call details, and follow-up status in CRM/records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits, meetings, and further negotiations.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely follow-up.
• Prepare daily/weekly call and sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle sales targets and pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM skills.
• Fluency in Tamil and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Prior telesales/telemarketing experience is preferred.
