Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate sales enquiries, follow up with existing and potential customers, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to achieve call and sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Attend incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries.
• Explain products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers regularly regarding enquiries and quotations.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate assistance.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Prepare regular call and follow-up reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller/Telesales Executive.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
• Good Hindi and English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
• Experience in automobile/spare parts or a related industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
