About the Role

Crown Town Hotels Group is looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and provide professional support to our guests and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding rooms, bookings, offers, and services.
• Follow up with customers and potential leads politely and professionally.
• Maintain customer details and call records.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for customer requirements.
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer queries.
• Follow up on enquiries to improve bookings and conversions.
• Maintain good communication and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Plus Two / Any Degree
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate politely with customers.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
