Tele Caller Executive

Abe Educational Services is looking for a Telecaller to handle student inquiries and support course admissions. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining course details, and scheduling counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
• Respond to inbound inquiries regarding courses and programs
• Explain course details, duration, and career opportunities
• Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
• Maintain lead records and follow-up with potential students
• Assist the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrollments
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Confidence in speaking with students over phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups

Preferred Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in:
• Telecalling
• Customer support
• Sales or admissions
