Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Explain products/services, offers, and company policies.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and requirements.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further customer requirements.
• Provide regular reports on calls and lead status.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi and English communication; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Freshers are welcome.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer-service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
