Tele Caller Executive

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Persuasion & Resilience: Ability to handle objections, remain patient, and maintain a positive attitude during difficult or rejected calls.
• Active Listening: The capacity to understand a customer's specific needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and call-logging systems
