Tele Caller Executive

A telecaller connects with prospective or existing clients by phone to generate leads, promote products, and handle queries. Ideal candidates possess clear verbal skills, basic computer literacy, and high resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dialing potential clients from a provided database to pitch offerings using company scripts.
• Inbound Support: Answering incoming client questions and solving product or service issues.
• Lead Tracking: Recording call outcomes, updating contact details, and logging details into CRM software.
• Follow-ups: Reaching back out to interested prospects or old clients to help close sales.
• Target Management: Meeting daily or weekly call volume, talk time, and conversion quotas.

Requirements and Skills

• Communication: Clear verbal speaking ability and good listening skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or dialer systems.
• Soft Skills: Patience, resilience against rejection, and professional phone etiquette.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
