Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to generate and qualify leads for our interior design services. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their interior requirements, explaining our services, and scheduling site visits or meetings with the sales/design team.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain interior design services, packages, and offerings clearly.
• Understand customers' requirements, budget, property type, and project timelines.
• Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial interior projects.Schedule appointments, site visits, and meetings with the sales/design team.
• Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.Update lead status in CRM/Excel or other tracking systems.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good communication in Telugu, English, and Kannada.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, & CRM tools.

Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.

Qualification : Any Graduation

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
