Tele Caller Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have the ability to generate and follow up on leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Follow up with existing leads and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Schedule appointments and arrange site visits when required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and update lead status regularly.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tamil and English communication is preferred.
• Confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and work independently.
