Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to enquiries and assigned leads, and handle incoming calls.

• Explain KovaiKnot’s services, registration process, and available membership plans.

• Understand customer needs and answer questions politely and accurately.

• Assist interested customers with registration and profile completion.

• Follow up on pending registrations and membership enquiries.

• Record call outcomes, customer details, and next steps in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the support team to resolve customer questions.

• Work towards agreed calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

• Handle personal information discreetly and follow company confidentiality procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent spoken Tamil and good spoken English.

• Clear communication, patience, and strong listening skills.

• Comfortable speaking with individuals and families from different backgrounds.

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools.

• Ability to follow up consistently without pressuring customers.

• Telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is preferred; freshers with strong

communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
