Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller [Minimum 6 Months Experience to 2 year] to handle resort enquiries, bookings, and customer follow-ups. The candidate will communicate with customers, understand their requirements, provide resort details, and assist them with reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to resort bookings.
• Respond to customer enquiries about rooms, packages, availability, pricing, and facilities.
• Manage and confirm room reservations.
• Follow up with customers regarding booking confirmations and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer details.
• Coordinate with the resort team regarding check-in, check-out, special requests, and availability.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic booking-related issues.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in resort/hotel reservations, telecalling, travel, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary: ₹_____ + Incentives

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
