Main Responsibilities
- Make calls to prospective students and parents.
Required: Good communication and convincing skills. Marathi/Hindi/English preferred.
- Explain courses, eligibility, admission process and fees.
- Follow up on admission enquiries.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
Types of Telecalling Jobs
- Inbound Telecaller: Receives calls from customers
- Outbound Telecaller: Calls customers for sales or information
- Sales Telecaller: Focus on selling products/services
- Support Telecaller: Helps customers with problems
- Admission Telecaller: Guides students for admissions
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confidence and convincing ability
- Listening and problem-solving skills
- Patience and polite behavior
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th pass
- Preferred: Graduate (Any field)
- No experience required for fresher
