Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/parents and explain the services.
• Understand customer requirements and address queries professionally.
• Handle objections patiently and confidently.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate lead and call records.
• Work towards assigned calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Good listening and patience levels.
• Convincing and polite communication style.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
• Personal laptop is mandatory.
• Stable internet connection and a suitable WFH setup are required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
