Job Summary

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a basic understanding of digital marketing. The role involves cold calling potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Introduce the company's digital marketing services professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the Business Development team.
• Understand customer requirements and maintain accurate call records.
• Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads.
• Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Confidence in handling cold calls and customer interactions.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
