Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Explain the company’s solar products and services and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the Sales team.
• Maintain lead databases, call records, follow-ups and daily MIS.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending customer responses.
• Support the Sales team in achieving lead-generation and business targets.

Desired Profile

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Confident, persuasive and customer-focused approach.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, lead generation or sales will be an advantage.
