ob Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on sales inquiries.

Handle incoming calls and provide product-related information to customers.

Generate leads, maintain customer databases, and update call records.

Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Explain company products, pricing, and services to customers professionally.

Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, order follow-ups, and customer requirements.

Maintain good customer relationships and achieve assigned calling targets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate candidates preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Confident telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
