Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and enquiries about home healthcare services, packages, and pricing

Make outbound calls to leads, enquiries, and existing patients for follow-ups

Understand patient requirements (condition, duration of care, location, urgency) and recommend suitable services

Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams for caregiver or nurse allocation

Schedule and confirm service visits and assessments

Convert leads into bookings and meet daily/monthly call and conversion targets

Record all call details, lead status, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM

Handle patient concerns and escalate complaints or urgent medical situations to the appropriate team

Collect feedback and encourage renewals or continued care plans

Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (a Life Sciences, Nursing, or Healthcare background is a plus)

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or healthcare/hospital sales

Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered

Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication in English and the local language (e.g., Tamil/Hindi/Telugu as required)

A calm, empathetic, and patient approach when speaking with distressed families

Good listening and persuasion skills

Basic computer skills, with familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and email

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Basic understanding of healthcare terminology is an advantage

Time management and attention to detail

timing - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm & 12 noon to 8:00 pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
