Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing accurate information.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead generation targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
