Job Description:
Vardhman Finserv is looking for confident and persuasive Telecallers to connect with potential clients, explain Demat and trading account services, and generate leads for account opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Explain Demat and trading account benefits.
• Convince prospects and generate quality leads.
• Follow up with interested clients and assist with account opening.
• Maintain call records and achieve daily targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales or telecalling experience preferred; freshers can apply.
• Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, with incentives as per company policy.
