Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

● Understand candidates’ qualifications, experience, skills and career preferences.

● Identify and recommend suitable overseas job opportunities based on candidate profiles.

● Explain job roles, eligibility requirements, recruitment procedures and relevant opportunities clearly.

● Screen candidate profiles and assess their suitability for available positions.

● Follow up regularly with interested and shortlisted candidates.

● Coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment-related activities.

● Guide candidates regarding required documents and next steps in the process.

● Coordinate with internal recruitment, documentation and visa teams for smooth processing.

● Maintain accurate candidate information, follow-up status and recruitment records.

● Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming overseas requirements.

● Ensure timely follow-up and support throughout the candidate journey.

● Work towards assigned recruitment targets and conversion goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
