Tele Caller Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on enquiries.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Schedule showroom visits and test drives for interested customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding sales enquiries, offers, and vehicle bookings.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status in the CRM/DMS.
• Contact existing customers for feedback and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Make follow-up calls to customers as per the daily calling plan.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with all customers.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
