Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Explain company products, services, and real estate projects to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
• Schedule home appointments and site visits for interested customers.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into appointments and bookings.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp usage.
• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
