Tele Caller Executive

· Make outbound calls to prospective students using the provided leads database.

· Conduct tele-counseling sessions to understand student requirements and suggest suitable IT courses.

· Generate walk-ins for the training center by convincing and scheduling branch visits.

· Handle offline lead nurturing process: Tele-counseling → Visit → Demo Session → Admission.

· Convert interested candidates into direct online admissions for students who prefer not to visit the branch.

· Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, and career opportunities in IT.

· Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with interested prospects until admission closure.

· Maintain and update CRM records, lead details, call logs, and follow-up history.

· Respond quickly to fresh inquiries from website, social media, and marketing campaigns.

· Share daily activity reports including calls made, walk-ins generated, demos scheduled, and admissions closed.

· Coordinate with academic and placement teams for demo sessions and student onboarding.

Pay: ₹20,667.24 - ₹25,330.08 per month

Work Location: In person
