Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits for interested buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
• Explain property details, pricing, location, and project benefits to prospective buyers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up calls.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English both.
• Graduation is mandatory. Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized university.
• Prior experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
• Target-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Salary: 20K to 25K (Monthly) plus Incentive
