Tele Caller Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain company details address customer queries.
• Maintain call records, customer databases, and daily MIS reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi).
• Good listening and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
