Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be

responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers/clients, explaining

services, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers/clients.

Explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads and interested prospects.

Maintain daily call records and update customer/lead information.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Coordinate with the concerned team for lead conversion and further assistance.

Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.

Skills Required

Good verbal communication skills.

Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Confident and comfortable with making calls.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle queries and objections professionally.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of CRM or calling software will be an advantage.

Eligibility

Education: Graduate

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior telecalling, customer service, BPO, or sales experience will be preferred

but are not mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Location: Fairfox EON, Sector 140A, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
