What they need
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make high-volume cold or warm calls to pitch products/services, and handle incoming customer support or inquiry calls.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential buyers, collect feedback, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
CRM & Database Management: Update customer profiles, log call outcomes, and maintain accurate records in software platforms.
Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets.
Objection Handling: Address customer complaints, explain features or pricing clearly, and maintain a calm, polite demeanor under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
