Tele Caller Executive

Job Purpose:

Handle leads from marketing campaigns through calls, provide wall panel product information, and ensure timely follow-up to support sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up on leads received from campaigns, inquiries, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Explain wall panel products, applications, pricing, and availability.
• Qualify leads based on requirement, quantity, location, budget, and timeline.
• Share quotations, brochures, and product details as required.
• Schedule site visits, showroom visits, or meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain lead status, call records, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
• Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams as required.

Requirements:

• Any degree/diploma; 2–5 years of telecalling or sales-support experience preferred.
• Good communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Target-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle follow-ups professionally.
• Knowledge of wall panels/building materials is an advantage.
