Job Description:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify customer needs, explain features and overcome objections, and convert prospects into sales appointments or closed deals.
- Customer Support & Feedback: Handle complaints, address service questions, conduct surveys, and log customer feedback accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Clear verbal delivery, active listening, and strong persuasion or conflict-resolution abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local languages (Kannada & Telugu).
- Education: High school diploma or 12th-pass equivalent; prior sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
