Tele Caller Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing product or service information, following up with customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
• Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident and polite telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable making regular customer calls.

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
