Job Description

SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and confident Tele-callers to join our team in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with property owners and prospective customers, handling follow-ups, and maintaining professional relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with property owners to collect and confirm property details.
• Follow up with customer leads and handle basic queries.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the team to share updates and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Communicate professionally and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele-calling or a similar role.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in speaking with property owners and prospective customers.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
• A professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Incentives

• Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
