Job Overview

Abbycom Business Solution is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Telesales Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer information and call records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: BBA, BCA, MBA, or equivalent.
• Experience: Freshers, experienced candidates, and interns can apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confidence in handling customer queries over the phone.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally.
