Job Summary

Bright Venture Consultancy is hiring a confident and communicative Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, promote products or services, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers to promote products or services.
• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information to callers.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and update customer records.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain daily call records, client responses, and activity reports.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and respond to objections.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
