Live in Leaves LLP is a real estate company focused on developing quality spaces and delivering reliable property solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team and support our sales and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
• Explain property details, project highlights, pricing, and available offers to prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status updates.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospective buyers through professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
• Kannada and Tamil communication skills are preferred; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
