Telecaller (Sales) - Job Description Job Title: Telecaller (Sales) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller (Sales) to generate leads, contact prospective customers, explain products/services, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a target-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.- Explain products/services and identify customer needs.- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales. Required Skills:- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Sales and negotiation abilities.- Confidence in handling outbound calls.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).- Self-motivated and target-oriented. Qualifications:- Graduate or equivalent (preferred).- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales. Work Location: As per company requirement. Employment Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
