Job Title: Telecaller, Sales (Interior Design Leads)

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic Telecaller to call interested leads, explain our interior services, and book site visits and design consultations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call inbound leads from Google, Meta, and website enquiries within minutes of receiving them
• Understand each customer’s requirement: property type, BHK, budget, timeline, and location
• Explain Homasm’s services, packages, and process clearly
• Book design consultations and site visits for the sales team
• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
• Update every call outcome in the CRM or Excel sheet daily
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly appointment-booking targets

Requirements

• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; good English is a plus
• Clear, polite, and persuasive voice
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
• Comfortable making 60-80 calls per day
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally
• Graduate or Intermediate pass-out is acceptable

Preferred

• Previous experience in real estate, interiors, furniture, or home services
• Experience handling digital ad leads
