Job Overview

JAZP.com is looking for a Telecaller Intern to support our day-to-day operations, mainly focusing on data entry, customer information, and order-related updates. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, accurate, and willing to learn e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and order details accurately in the system.
• Maintain and organize customer and order-related data.
• Verify data and ensure accuracy of entered information.
• Update order status and customer information as required.
• Assist with basic customer queries through calls or messages when required.
• Follow up on customer and order details when necessary.
• Maintain daily records and reports.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for order-related updates.
• Support the CSR team in day-to-day activities.
• Complete assigned data entry tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage.
