Tele Callers

We are looking for a motivated and spoken-English/communication-focused Telecaller / Telecounsellor to join our admissions team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, handling phone inquiries, explaining our courses, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound call follow-ups and handle incoming student/parent calls.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures clearly over the phone.
• Follow up regularly with leads to guide them through the admission steps and invite them for campus visits/walk-ins.
• Assist candidates with online application procedures and document requirements.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead statuses, and regular updates in the CRM database.
• Achieve individual monthly calling and admission conversion targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong phone etiquette.
• Experience: Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or academic counselling preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM/Excel tools.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
