Tele calling & Data Entry Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Executive to support daily operations by collecting, managing, and updating financial data. The role involves coordinating with clients and contributors to obtain forex rates, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely data updates. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in data handling, coordination, and calling-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect forex rates from contributors on a daily basis
• Maintain and update data accurately in Excel sheets
• Continuously coordinate with bankers, distributors, and brokers for rate collection
• Communicate with clients to gather required financial information
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and reporting
• Prepare reports using Excel and Word
• Maintain proper documentation and organized records
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for operational processes

Required Skills

• 0 - 3 years of experience in data operations / coordination / calling roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling) and MS Word
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage continuous follow-ups and stakeholder coordination
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic understanding of financial markets or forex (preferred)

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• Candidates with experience in financial data, banking coordination, or similar roles will be preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
