Tele Calling Executive - B2B

Summary:

• Experience Required: 0–2 years (experience in sales / telecalling preferred)
• Salary: Rs. 12,000/- 20,000/+ performance based commission.
• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls . Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through campaigns and referrals.
• Minimum qualification: Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Social Media).

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to explain products clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle objections.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
• Prior experience in inbound sales, SaaS sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus (not mandatory).
