Tele-Calling Executive

Responsible for Inbound & Outbound calls. Patient Relationship like receiving, registration & coordinating for their journey.

Roles and Responsibility

• Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Identify and escalate potential issues to senior management.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
