Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Answer patient questions, address care inquiries, and make proactive outreach calls to prospective or existing patients.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, confirm, reschedule, or cancel doctor appointments and specialized health checkups.
- Service Promotion: Explain hospital treatments, specialist availability, packages, and operational timings clearly to callers.
- Follow-up Management: Conduct systematic follow-up calls with patients regarding lab reports, treatment paths, or preventive health packages.
- Data & CRM Maintenance: Accurately update call statuses, patient details, and feedback logs in the hospital management software or CRM.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with front office reception, medical desks, or specific departments to solve patient concerns.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
