Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate leads for a premium residential project.
- Explain project features, amenities and location to prospective buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
- Achieve calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Real estate telecalling/sales experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
