Tele Calling Executive

Role Description:
We are looking for a confident, presentable, and professional Telecalling Executive who can effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients, build rapport, understand their requirements, and contribute to business development through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Introduce and explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and clients.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further lead processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi and basic English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Strong rapport-building, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Patient, resilient, and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
