Job Summary

Educational Institution is looking for a Front Office Executive who will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitors and enquiries, coordinating with students, parents, and staff, and providing excellent front-desk support.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional approach to handling students, parents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception/front desk and welcome students, parents, visitors, and guests.
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide appropriate information.
• Attend to student and parent enquiries professionally.
• Provide information regarding courses, admissions, fees, schedules, and other institutional activities.
• Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings with the concerned staff members.
• Receive and respond to messages, calls, and general enquiries.
• Assist the admission and counselling team with basic coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.
• Maintain records, files, and other front-office documents.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth day-to-day operations

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
