Tele Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding courses and academic programs.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about programs, admissions, fees, and schedules.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and walk-ins.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding the needs of prospective students.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until the admission process is completed.
• Update and maintain lead information in the CRM or database.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Academic/Educational Telecalling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
