Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential candidates or customers, providing relevant information, and maintaining follow-up records.

Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates or customers.
• Explain job vacancies, services, or company offerings clearly.
• Follow up with interested candidates and customers.
• Maintain daily call records and update information in the database.
• Respond to basic queries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule interviews or appointments, as required.
• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (+2) preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Odia and Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
• Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented.
